Therapeutics
VLPRA's Therapeutics Division is designed specifically for individuals with disabilities. We are proud to offer our Youth Adult Club which provides a monthly social for teens and adults. We also offer special events for all ages. Our award-winning Egg-Ceptional Egg Hunt is a huge hit with children, and our annual Prom for Individuals with Disabilities is popular with high schoolers as well as adults.

Local Special Olympics
VLPRA facilitates Local Special Olympics Games twice a year. We host spring games featuring Individual Softball Skills and Track/Field for youth and adults. We also host fall games for youth featuring Individual Basketball Skills, Team Basketball, and Individual Bowling.

State Special Olympic Games
VLPRA facilitates adult teams for several State Special Olympics sports including Bocce Ball, Floor Hockey, and Bowling.

Special Events
We offer seasonal events including an egg hunt for children with disabilities, a prom for teens and adults with disabilities, and and a fashion show that encourages people with all abilities to strut their stuff on the runway.

Young Adult Club
The Young Adult Club is a monthly program for teens and adults with disabilities. The group typically meets on the second Thursday of each month for various activities including bingo, dances, talent shows, and arcade nights.

Summer Safari
VLPRA's Summer Safari is an adventure-themed day program open to individuals with disabilities. 13-21 year olds with special needs can attend Summer Safari at the Craig Center.

Miracle League
VLPRA works closely with the Miracle League of Valdosta to offer two baseball seasons each year for individuals with disabilities.
