  • This is just one of the 50 teams that spent the weekend playing at Freedom Park & South Lowndes Recreation Complex. We recruited this tournament with the Valdosta-Lowndes County Tourism Authority and continue to bring others like it to Valdosta/Lowndes County. The thousands of ball players who visit throughout the year shop in local stores, stay in local hotels, and eat in local restaurants! Last year, VLPRA hosted tournaments resulted in a $5 MILLION economic impact to Valdosta/Lowndes County. We're glad these ladies had a great stay and are proud to be bringing sports tourism to our area! #growinganactivecommunity #growingsportstourism #VLPRAsportstourism
